One of the best ways to embrace a new season is with diffuser blends. Diffuser blends can uplift the mood in your home, make it smell beautiful, and all the while, give you aromatherapy benefits.

How Does a Diffuser Work
For most diffusers, water is added to a reservoir then the essential oils are added to the water. The diffuser then disperses tiny essential oil molecules into the air through a fine mist.
Diffusing essential oils has been shown to reduce stress, uplift the mood, and even bring back certain memories.
The amount of essential oils you add to your diffuser really depends on preference and on room size. If you are diffusing in a large room, use 6-8 drops of essential oils. For a small room, use 4-6 drops of oil.
Be sure to clean your diffuser regularly because, over time, it can grow mold.
