Instructions
Begin by dicing up potatoes.
Preheat a cast-iron skillet, add in coconut oil.
Add in potatoes.
While the potatoes cook, dice up the polish sausage, red bell pepper, and onions.
Once the potatoes start to soften, add in the sausage and vegetables.
Continue cooking until vegetables and sausage are fully cooked.
Serve or store in an airtight container for later.
