These peppermint pale brownies have become a favorite dessert in our house. They are moist, fudgy, and delicious!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 9 pan with coconut oil.
Add all of the ingredients to a medium-size mixing bowl.
Mix together with a fork or a handheld mixer until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour into a prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until done.

Store in an airtight container.
