Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup of plain or greek yogurt.
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
  • 1 drop lemon essential oil optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium-size mixing bowl.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

If you prefer a thicker dressing, use greek yogurt, and if you like it thinner, use regular yogurt.
