Choose from one of the recipes above and combine the ingredients in a small bowl.
Apply the mask to your face, being careful to avoid your eyes, broken skin and any sensitive areas.
Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water.

Please note that each of the recipes use colloidal oats, which are finely ground oats. Depending on personal preference, you can cook the oats or add them dry for each recipe.While oatmeal is generally considered gentle, it's always wise to do a patch test before applying any new mask to your face. Some people may have sensitivities to certain ingredients.
