April Showers
- 4 drops of lemon
- 2 drops of vetiver
- 1 drop of bergamot
May Flowers
- 3 drops of lavender
- 2 drops of geranium
- 2 drops of patchouli
- 1 drop of rose
Spring Clean
- 4 drops of lemon
- 3 drops of lime
- 2 drops of wild orange
Fresh Morning
- 3 drops of lavender
- 2 drops of lemon
- 2 drops of peppermint
- 1 drop of eucalyptus
Hello, Spring!
- 3 drops of juniper berry
- 3 drops of grapefuit
- 2 drops of lemon
- 1 drop of cypress
Instructions
- Add water to the diffuser fill line.
- Choose from one of the blends above, then add your essential oils.
- Secure the lid on the diffuser and press start.
Notes
- Don't forget to keep your diffuser clean to prevent mold and bacteria from growing in it! You can learn how to clean a diffuser in my tutorial.
- Making diffuser blends doesn't have to be exact! I rarely follow a recipe and love to experiment with different additions, so feel free to be creative with it.
- If you have pets, it's a good idea to do a little research before diffusing oils around them. Always leave doors open so they have an option to leave the room if the smell is too much.
- If you don't have one of the oils in a blend, you can simply omit it or substitute something else.
