Instructions
Melt the almond butter over medium heat and add to a mixing bowl.
Cream together the almond butter and coconut sugar. Add the egg, vanilla, and orange essential oil. Continue mixing until well combined.
Add in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Stir in the dried cranberries.
Roll a tablespoon of dough into a ball and place on a prepared baking sheet. Press the dough down slightly.
Bake at 350˚ for 13-15 minutes or until cookie is golden brown.
Let cookies cool before removing from the pan.
