Say hello to fuller-looking eyebrows in minutes with this DIY eyebrow tint! Using natural ingredients, eyebrow tint will give you long-lasting results and beautiful, defined brows.
In a small bowl, combine the aloe vera gel and cocoa powder. Mix well until a paste forms.
Gradually add the activated charcoal, starting with a very small amount (¼ teaspoon). Mix well after each addition and assess the color. You can always add more charcoal for a darker shade, but it's difficult to lighten it up later.
If you're using vitamin E oil, add the drops now and mix it in thoroughly.
The consistency should be thick and paste-like, but not runny.
To Use Eyebrow Tint
Wash and dry your face, ensuring that your eyebrows are very dry. Brush the brows to prepare them for tinting.
Apply the dye gently using an old mascara brush or a new spoolie brush.
Wipe off any excess dye around the brows with a washcloth or a cotton swab.
Leave the tint on for 2-10 minutes. The longer it’s left on, the darker your eyebrows will be.
When the time is up, wipe the tint off using a damp rag. I recommend a dark-colored rag as a white one may stain.
Notes
If you have any shaping to do to your brows, it's a good idea to do that before tinting them.
This DIY is for a one-time use, and eyebrow tint should not be stored. Use the tint shortly after preparing it.
