Instructions
Add the bones and any vegetable scraps to the instant pot.
Cover the bones with filtered water.
Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
Set it on the soup setting for 240 minutes.
When it is done, let it release pressure naturally.
Strain the bones off from the broth.
Store in an airtight container.
