1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Saute peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, and zucchini for 3-5 minutes. 2. Add in the ground beef and cook until no longer pink. 3. Add in the spices, green chilies, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Boil for 5 minutes then reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes or until vegetables are soft.
