1 pound ground beef 1 onion diced 2 tablespoons ketchup 1 tablespoon mustard 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon paprika 3 cups bone broth 1 cup cream 2 cups gluten-free noodles 2 cups white cheddar cheese
Brown beef in a large skillet. Add in diced onions when meat is halfway done.
When meat is browned, add in ketchup, mustard, and spices. Stir well.
Pour in bone broth, cream, noodles, and cheese.
Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, then turn the heat down to a simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes or until noodles are soft.
