Learn how to make an easy homemade liquid hand soap with this simple recipe. This DIY liquid hand soap uses only a few ingredients and is an effective and gentle hand cleanser.
Add vegetable glycerin and castile soap to a small bowl.
Add the lavender essential oil, if using, along with a few splashes of water, and mix well.
Transfer to your soap dispenser or spray bottle.
Slowly add the remaining water.
Test the PH. It should be pretty high (9 or so), and in which case, we won't need a preservative. (see notes below)
Secure the lid and shake well.
