Using a beaker, carefully measure out your water and witch hazel and add it to the container.

Next add the vanilla extract. (not imitation vanilla)

Add your desired drops of fragrance oils and stir well.

Use a funnel to pour the perfume into the spray bottle carefully.

Secure the lid and give it one good final shake.
