Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat and then add the avocado oil. Add in the onions and pepper. Sauté over medium heat until vegetables are soft. Place the ground beef in the cast iron skillet and cook until browned. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and pour the salsa over the meat. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes while stirring. Add the juice of one key lime over the meat and stir in. Top with desired toppings.
