you have a lot of drops of essential oils per roller bottle in your recipes. I thought the dilution guide was around 10 drops of essential oils per 10ml roller?
lauraascher says
For adults I do anywhere between 15-30 drops per 10mL roller bottle. I use less for children. You can definitely dilute it further if you want. 🙂
Gail says
I thought 8 drops of each was too much. Size of bottles are not mention to use here. For workshops you would only use a 5 ml bottle.
It could work out expensive.
Laura says
These recipes are for a standard roller bottle, which is 10mL.
